Why firms share sendingsnags.
For clients who want to check their new build themselves, it turns a walkthrough into a clear method and a factual report.
-
A structured way to snag
Every room has a checklist that shows what to look for and how to check it, so a client who wants to snag their own home has a clear method to follow.
-
Cost-effective
From £15.99 for a single report, and priced by volume for firms.
Advertised snagging inspections cost £350 to £600 a visit (New Build Inspections, HomeSnag, New Home Quality Control).
-
Help clients decide
It can help cost-conscious buyers decide whether they want a full snagging inspection. It does not have to replace one.
-
Built with people who snag
Designed with input from snagging engineers, surveyors and new build buyers, with checks based on common new build standards.
How it works.

-
Buyer walks room by room
The buyer opens sendingsnags on their phone and follows the checklist in each room, logging snags with photos as they go.
-

Questions firms ask.
Does it replace a professional inspection?
No. sendingsnags reports are based on your client's own observations and aren't a professional survey. It gives a client who wants to snag their own home a structured way to do it, and it can help them decide whether they want a full snagging inspection.
Do we need to change how we work?
No. You share a code in the completion pack you already send, and sendingsnags works with your client from there.
Does my firm pay?
Codes for your clients are priced by volume. Make an enquiry and we will talk through the options for what best suits your firm.
Is client data shared with my firm?
No. Your firm never sees your clients' names, contact details, homes or reports. We can tell you how many of your codes have been used.
Do codes expire?
Yes. A code must be used within 12 months of the date we issue it to your firm.
